REPAIR MANUAL

HAND GUN

For simple repair or replacement of O-rings on front plunger, please have ready the following tools:

  1. Plumbers thread seal tape or silicone sealer

  2. Lubricating oil, any household oil or motor oil

  3. The allen keys provided with your kit

  4. The new o-rings provided in your kit

  5. A used Co2 cylinder or a wooden dowel

  6. An old towel to use as a cover on your work table

STEP ONE

As seen in this photograph,

  1. remove the knurled screw-in plug that secures the Co2 cylinder

  2. remove the empty Co2 cylinder, but keep it handy for later use

  3. you will see an allen screw just in front of the handle, (this secures the plunger) remove it and clean it

  4. now, using the smaller allen key, push the plunger out of the chamber through the little hole

  5. the plunger is attached to a spring and washer as per the next photograph

STEP TWO

Remove the 2 o-rings and replace with 2 new clear or white o-rings, you may have needed to
separate the spring from the plunger to do this.
Whilst you are at this point it will pay you to clean the air chamber by using a little oil applied to a
rag that is attached to one end of your dowel, or simply roll the rag and twist it into the chamber.

STEP THREE

Before replacing the plunger, coat the plunger with some oil to make it easier to fit and less likely
to damage the o-rings.
As you slide the plunger back home into the chamber, make sure that the indentation is facing up
so as to “marry” with the allen screw
Remember, spring side goes in first
Now comes the tricky part, make sure that you do not “nick” the o-ring as it passes the allen screw
hole in the chamber, if you work slowly and with sufficient oil, it should slide home easily.
To push the plunger into this position you could use the dowel or use and empty co2 cartridge, which
I prefer because it can be adjusted by means of the knurled screw-in plug.

STEP FOUR

Now before you screw in the allen screw, wind some thread seal tape or add silicone sealer to the
threads.
Screw allen screw in tight.

CONGRATULATIONS, YOUR GUN IS FIXED!
