Metzco
emergency rope ladders are not made from
rope, which is cumbersome and inclined
to "tangle" easily, our ladders are made
from high strength flat webbing and
multi-reinforced and secured. In fact,
each webbing strap can withstand well
over 1 ton (1000kg) and we have four,
super-stitched with high-tensile thread, tightly together!

Our rungs are made
from a very special fluted, double inner
wall, ribbed,
non-slip, anodised aluminium.
These rungs are
"housed" in a quadruple, slip-proof,
saddle stitched, sling-type, reinforced
webbing which is then secured with 4 pop
rivets on each and every rung. This ensures
maximum strength and safety.
Each rope ladder is
hand made by the owner of the company!!
Just as a sky-diver
is paranoid about his parachute, so are

special fixing situations as well as
loft or ceiling access via trapdoor.
Mounting
is
easy, quick and safe.
By using either
rawlbolts into a wall via the punched
holes or
using sling shackles via the 70mm loops,
your rope ladder will be stable and
secure.

Use
normal galvanised D shackles to secure
mounting in awkward

and use carabiners for easy clip-on in
an emergency.

FIRE ESCAPE
This is a typical home application
where inside staircase is locked for
security reasons and escape is
impossible. Also critical in cases of
fire.
